STEP 1:

REGISTRATION

Interested applicants/innovators can register

STEP 2:

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

You will receive a registration confirmation email.
You are required to submit an abstract at
idiec@seameosen.edu.my (Abstract Template)

STEP 3:

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Your abstract will be reviewed & you will be notified of the acceptance within 14 working days

STEP 4:

ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE

You are required to make a payment (bank details provided in the email) before uploading a poster &
video. You need to email proof of payment at idiec@seameosen.edu.my or using this link payment http

**failure to make payments in a timely manner or
failing not to pay will result in invalidation of your
participation.

STEP 5:

Poster & Video Submission

You are required to upload poster & video through this link: Video Poster Submission

STEP 6:

POSTER & VIDEO REVIEW

Your poster & video will be reviewed & you will be
notified within 14 working days. Shortlisted innovators will get an invitation for pitching presentation (face-to-face) during the 5th ICSE 2023

*accommodation & travel expenses will be borne by
the innovators. Meals will be provided for 2
members only.

STEP 7:

PITCHING SESSION

Invited innovators will get an opportunity to showcase their innovation project/product at 5th ICSE 2023. Innovators are required to present their pitching.

FINAL STEP:

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & PRIZE GIVING

Winner announcement & prize giving will be held during the closing ceremony of ICSE 2023. Winners will be awarded with a gold/silver medal and e-certificates. Outstanding innovators will be awarded with the Best Award Trophy.
